  • 10:00 AM – The Home-Hosted Experience: Step into a private, traditional home kitchen. Forget the commercial cooking schools; this is an intimate setting where family recipes have been passed down for generations.

  • 10:30 AM – Hands-on Workshop (Session 1): * Mì Quảng (Quang Noodles): Master the art of making the signature turmeric-infused broth.
