If there are any destinations, activities, or services you would like to change, simply note your preferences in the “ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS” section of the “INQUIRY THIS TOUR” form before submitting it.

Once you are happy with the customized itinerary, please let us know. My Da Nang Tours will then send you confirmation of your reservations for the selected tour services within a few working hours. After all travel arrangements have been finalized, we will request a deposit to secure the booking.
A deposit of 30% of the total tour value is generally required, depending on the duration of the trip and the number of domestic flights included. The three main payment methods available are outlined in our Payment Guide.
Once your deposit has been received, we will send you the service voucher confirming your booked services, along with details regarding the full or final payment and your ground contact information. After that, all you need to do is get ready for your upcoming holiday.
If you need to make changes after your booking has already been confirmed, please contact your sales consultant. My Da Nang Tours values flexibility and will do its best to assist with any amendments. Please note, however, that any additional costs resulting from your requested changes will be your responsibility.
