Deposit & Balance Payments

At My Da Nang Tours, we aim to make the payment process for your tour booking as convenient and flexible as possible. Once your customized tour package and requested travel services have been confirmed, a deposit will be required, typically amounting to 50% of the total tour price.

The remaining balance, or full payment, must be completed upon receipt of the Service Confirmation Voucher issued by our travel consultant(s). Final payment must be received no later than 30 working days before the passenger’s arrival.

Methods of Payment

Currently, My Da Nang Tours offers the following three payment methods:

1. Online Payment via OnePAY

Secure Online Card Payment

At present, we accept most major credit cards, subject to the service fees below:

  • Visa, MasterCard, and JCB: subject to a 3.85% service fee
  • American Express (AMEX): subject to a 4.5% service fee for payments in US Dollars, or 3.85% for payments made in Vietnam Dong (VND)

We use the OnePAY Payment Gateway to process online card payments. All card data is encrypted and transmitted securely through SSL technology in compliance with international card security standards. Your card details are not stored in the system of My Da Nang Tours.

After receiving the Invoice Payment Link, please review all invoice details carefully. If the information is correct, please read and accept the Terms and Conditions, then click Submit or Book to proceed.

You will then be redirected to the OnePAY Payment Gateway to complete your payment using Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or JCB. The payment process generally includes the following steps:

  • Enter your card details. The payment page URL will begin with https://onepay.vn/…
  • Provide the following information:
    • Card number
    • Expiry date
    • CSC / security code (CVV/CVC)
    • Billing address linked to the card and registered with the issuing bank
  • Click “PAY”
  • Enter your online payment password, if your card is enrolled in a 3D Secure authentication program, such as:
    • Verified by Visa for Visa cards
    • Mastercard SecureCode for MasterCard
    • J/Secure for JCB cards

2. Bank Transfer / Telegraphic Transfer / Internet Transfer

My Da Nang Tours is a brand of Viet Vision Travel, you may also make payment by bank transfer to the following Viet Vision Travel account:

  • Bank name: VIETNAM MARITIME COMMERCIAL JOINT STOCK BANK
  • Bank address: 54A Nguyen Chi Thanh Street, Lang Province, Ha Noi City, Viet Nam (Sometimes this part will jump to the head office’s address)
  • Beneficiary’s full name: Viet Vision Travel and Trading Joint Stock Company

3. Western Union

Payment can also be made via Western Union using online transfer services.
