We also offer flexibility in adjusting travel plans. Your booking may be amended after it has been confirmed. Any requested changes before departure will be handled as promptly as possible. Please note that modifications made after the deposit has been paid may incur additional charges, depending on the policies of third-party suppliers such as airlines, cruise companies, and hotels.

2. Insurance

Tour packages provided by My Da Nang Tours do not include tourist accident, casualty, or life insurance coverage for travel in Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia, or Myanmar. Insurance is not included in any standard package, customized tour, or excursion. For your protection, we strongly recommend that you purchase comprehensive travel insurance in your home country before departure.

My Da Nang Tours provides round-the-clock support through professional travel consultants who are available 7 days a week, along with a 24/7 mobile assistance service.

You may contact My Da Nang Tours through the contact form on https://mydanangtours.com/, by email, fax, or by phone. If you do not receive a response regarding your booking, amendment, or cancellation request within 48 hours of submission, please contact our customer service team immediately so that your inquiry can be handled properly under our Terms and Conditions.

6. Complaints & Claims

If you are dissatisfied with any service arranged by My Da Nang Tours, you should inform your local guide or travel consultant as soon as possible so that the issue can be addressed promptly and to help prevent similar problems from occurring during your trip.

If you wish to make a complaint or request compensation, written notice must be submitted to us by email, post, or fax within 15 days after the end of your tour. Supporting receipts and relevant evidence must be included with your claim. My Da Nang Tours will not accept responsibility for claims submitted later than 15 days after the tour has ended.

7. Luggage Allowance

According to the regulations of the Civil Aviation Administration of Vietnam (CAAV), the free checked baggage allowance for flights within Vietnam is generally:

  • 20kg for Economy Class
  • 30kg for Business Class
  • 40kg for First Class

This is in addition to limited hand luggage. Any excess baggage charges are the sole responsibility of the traveler. Vietnam’s aviation regulations also require all suitcases to be secured with a locking device. If this requirement is not met, airport staff may refuse to load the luggage onto the aircraft.

Please note that the baggage allowances stated above do not apply to budget airlines.

8. Health Requirements

Travelers should be aware of the health risks associated with international travel and ensure they understand the health requirements of the destinations they plan to visit. Each client is solely responsible for checking safety conditions, vaccination requirements, and any health regulations imposed by the governments of countries visited or transited.

9. Travel Documentation

All travelers must hold a valid passport and obtain any required visas or permits before the start of their trip. Responsibility for securing these documents rests entirely with the client. Upon request, your travel advisor may assist with visa or permit applications, but My Da Nang Tours accepts no liability for any consequences arising from a traveler’s failure to obtain proper documentation.

10. Liability & Responsibility

My Da Nang Tours provides travel information and booking services for tours in Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia, and Myanmar. The company compiles and publishes travel-related information and services sourced from selected hotels, airline ticket providers, tour operators, and other suppliers. My Da Nang Tours is not liable for any inaccuracies, errors, or omissions in information supplied by third parties.

My Da Nang Tours shall not be held responsible for wrongful acts, negligence, fraud, itinerary changes, cancellations, or equipment failures caused by suppliers or any other entity not directly owned or controlled by My Da Nang Tours.

In addition, My Da Nang Tours will not be liable for any loss, injury, damage to persons or property, itinerary alterations, or partial or full cancellations caused by circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to weather conditions, fire, sea conditions, machinery breakdown, acts of government, war, civil unrest, strikes, riots, theft, epidemics, quarantine restrictions, customs or medical regulations, terrorist acts, or similar events. Neither My Da Nang Tours nor its affiliates or subsidiaries will be responsible for any additional expenses or liabilities incurred by travelers as a result of such circumstances.

My Da Nang Tours is also not responsible for a client’s failure to comply with customs requirements or for the loss, theft, or damage of valuables and personal belongings resulting from the traveler’s own negligence.

We reserve the right to replace hotels, flights, or cruise services, modify itineraries, or cancel tours before departure. If My Da Nang Tours cancels a tour before it begins, the client will be entitled to a full refund of all payments received.

Some tour programs offered by My Da Nang Tours involve activities that require personal caution and awareness, such as boarding or disembarking from boats, climbing hills, or entering caves and tombs. While our staff and representatives will provide appropriate assistance and guidance, participation in such activities is at your own risk. Once our staff and agents have fulfilled their duties and taken reasonable care, My Da Nang Tours cannot be held responsible for incidents arising thereafter.

My Da Nang Tours reserves the right to revise, amend, or withdraw these Terms and Conditions, in whole or in part, at any time, with or without prior notice.

11. Cancellation & Refunds

We understand that cancellations may sometimes be unavoidable, although we sincerely regret when a trip cannot proceed as planned. Cancellation charges will be applied as follows:

  • More than 40 days before departure: 10% of the deposit paid is non-refundable and may be credited toward a future booking with us; the remaining deposit amount will be refunded, excluding bank charges deducted by your bank
  • 40 to 30 days before departure: 35% of the deposit paid will be charged

Unacceptable behavior includes, but is not limited to, obscene conduct, racially offensive actions, or behavior of a sexual nature.
