Arrival in Da Nang. Our tour guide will pick you up at around 07:00 AM from Da Nang Airport.
Transfer to Ba Na Hills, known as the second Da Lat or Sapa of Central Vietnam, and famous for one of the world’s longest cable car systems. Visit Le Jardin, the old wine cellar, the remains of French villas, and Linh Ung Pagoda with its 27-meter-high Buddha statue.
Continue by cable car to the mountain top to explore more remains of old villas and enjoy free time at leisure. Conquer the peak of Chua Mountain at 1,487 meters and admire the panoramic view of Da Nang City. After that, return to the foot of the mountain.
Have lunch at a local restaurant.
In the afternoon, depart for Hue via the Hai Van Tunnel, with a photo stop at Lang Co Fishing Village. Upon arrival, visit Khai Dinh Mausoleum, a unique royal tomb featuring a remarkable blend of Asian and European architecture. Check in at your hotel in Hue.
Have dinner at a local restaurant. In the evening, you may enjoy an optional boat trip on the Perfume River with traditional Hue folk songs at your own expense.
Overnight in Hue.
Have an early breakfast, then depart for Phong Nha – Ke Bang National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. On the way, stop to visit La Vang Church, one of the most important Catholic pilgrimage sites in Vietnam. Have lunch at a local restaurant. After lunch, take a boat trip on the Son River to explore Phong Nha Cave, one of the most famous natural caves in Vietnam, known for its stunning rock formations and underground beauty. Transfer back to Hue via the historic Ho Chi Minh Trail. Have dinner at a local restaurant. Free at leisure and overnight in Hue.
Breakfast and check-out. Visit the Imperial Citadel, the former royal seat of the Nguyen Dynasty, which ruled Vietnam from 1802 to 1945. Continue to Thien Mu Pagoda, also known as the Heavenly Lady Pagoda, one of Hue’s most iconic spiritual landmarks. Have lunch at a local restaurant. After that, transfer to Hue Airport or Da Nang Airport for departure. Finish the tour. Goodbye and see you on your next trip.
