This 2-day retreat is for the conscious traveler who wants to understand the relationship between the land, the sea, and the plate. We take you away from the typical tourist traps to meet the people who provide the ingredients: the fishermen and the organic farmers. You will spend your time in open-air kitchens and rural landscapes, learning the “slow food” techniques that have been passed down through generations. This is a standout among Da Nang tours, providing a peaceful yet intellectually stimulating escape that emphasizes sustainability, fresh ingredients, and authentic local hospitality.
